Enables serine-type endopeptidase activity. Involved in several processes, including neuron differentiation; open tracheal system development; and wing disc development. Located in Golgi membrane; apical part of cell; and late endosome membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including epithelium; eye photoreceptor cell; presumptive wing vein; sense organ; and wing vein. Used to study alcohol use disorder.
