  2. In FCRLB knock-out mice, B-cell developmemt and in vitro response were normal, but in vivo antibody responses to a T-dependent antigen were elevated. The latter response may be due to a promoter polymorphism in the 129/Sv knock-out strain's Fcgr2b allele.
