    1. PctA and PctB possess a double PDC (PhoQ-DcuS-CitA) ligand binding domain - a family of binding domain found in various other amino acid chemoreceptors.
      Title: Correlation between signal input and output in PctA and PctB amino acid chemoreceptor of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
    2. The ligand spectrum of PctA and PctB is quite different since the recombinant ligand-binding region (LBR) of PctA binds 17 different L-amino acids whereas that of PctB recognizes only five.
