    1. Analyses of fly mutants demonstrated that the SRm160 level affects AS(alternative splicing) isoforms of transformer protein, thus determining Drosophila sex determination and development.

    2. SRm160 affects gene expression in pacemaker neurons to ensure proper oscillations of the molecular clock. SRm160 positively regulates per levels in a splicing-dependent manner.
