    The cspABEG deletion BX04 is cold-sensitive and forms filaments at 15C (Xia, 2001). [More information is available at EcoGene: EG14243]. Expression of cspG is induced upon cold shock , and synthesis of the CspG protein in response to cold shock is not inhibited by the presence of the protein synthesis inhibitors kanamycin and chloramphenicol .
