    Summary
    GspG is processed by GspO when both are expressed. gspO complements a pulO mutation for pullanase secretion in a K-12 strain with the Klebsiella pul operon. [More information is available at EcoGene: EG11359]. In Escherichia coli, gspO is a member of an operon of genes (gspC-O) which are not normally expressed but are homologous to those encoding the secreton, or type II secretion machinery in Klebsiella oxytoca and Aeromonase hydrophila, among others .
