    A nonsense mutation making a truncated YejM causes increased outer membrane permeability, TS growth, and reduced lipid A synthesis; these phenotypes, and the lethality of a null mutation, are suppressible by a multicopy acpT clone (Hirvas, 1997; De Lay, 2008).
