Located in several cellular components, including cell junction; neuron projection; and sperm midpiece. Part of guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor complex. Is expressed in brain; early conceptus; eye; hemolymphoid system gland; and oocyte. Orthologous to human RAP1A (RAP1A, member of RAS oncogene family).
