Used to study Duchenne muscular dystrophy and alcohol use disorder. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in Alzheimer's disease; idiopathic generalized epilepsy; paroxysmal nonkinesigenic dyskinesia 3; and spermatogenic failure 79.
