    Summary
    Enables DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Involved in mesenchyme development and nervous system development. Acts upstream of or within several processes, including cellular response to retinoic acid; positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; and tube morphogenesis. Part of transcription regulator complex. Is expressed in several structures, including branchial arch; central nervous system; early conceptus; embryo mesenchyme; and genitourinary system.
