Is expressed in several structures, including C lineage cell; Capa; D lineage cell; I4 neuron; and body wall muscle cell. Used to study Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in congenital myopathy 17 and congenital structural myopathy.
