    HAGLR was frequently down-regulated in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). Decreased HAGLR expression was clinically associated with shorter survival. HAGLR could physically interact with DNMT1, and recruit DNMT1 on E2F1 promoter to increase local DNA methylation.
