    IL-10 expression was compromised in the peripheral B cells of allergic rhinitis (AR) patients. Inhibition of HDAC11 restored the IL-10 expression ability in the AR-B cells. We also found a negative correlation between HDAC11 and the expression of IL-10 in B cells; this fact indicates that HDAC11 interferes with the expression of IL-10 in B cells.
