Summary |
To identify genes activated under serum starvation and hypoxia condition in an SREBP1 dependent manner, we performed cDNA microarray analysis with an ovarian cancer cell line OVSAYO.

Overall design |
Cells were transfected with nonspecific (NS)- or SREBP1 specific-siRNA and cultured for 30 h under normoxia with 10% fetal calf serum. Cells were further cultured without serum for 16 h under normoxia and 1% O2. Total RNA was isolated for cDNA microarray analysis.
