miR-200 cells are K14rtTA/pTRE2-miR-200b cluster miR-205 cells are K14rtTA/pTRE2-miR-205 For miR-200 induction, samples were sequenced on a Miseq and a Hiseq machine. Counts were then combined at the step of Htseq counts. This gave the most consistent results. miR-200 experiments were done in duplicate and miR-205 were done in triplicates
