Title |
Voltage-gated sodium channel (VGSC) beta1 subunit-intracellular domain (Beta1-ICD) overexpression in Chinese hamster lung cells |
Organism |
Cricetulus griseus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Overexpression of hypothesized transcriptional regulator in a cell line to compare gene expression changes to in vivo knockout of upstream signaling pathway component. All samples are from Chinese hamster lung cells.

Overall design |
RNA-Seq, 2 groups with 4 samples each. Four samples have stable overexpression of human VGSC beta1 subunit-intracellular domain (Beta1-ICD) tagged with V5 followed by a 2A peptide and eGFP (WTICD) and four controls have overexpression of eGFP alone (eGFP).
