Total RNA from HeLa cells treated either with siRNA against METTL3 (two biological replicates) and control siRNA (one biological replicate), together with total RNA from HeLa cells treated with a siRNA against YTHDC1 (two biological replicates) and control siRNA (two biological replicates), was analyzed using Illumina Novaseq6000.
