Title |
Genome-wide maps of BRG1 binding sites in cortical neuron under basal and depolarized conditions [ChIP-seq] |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
CHIP-seq analysis of BRG1 binding sites in cultured cortical neurons revealed a depolarization induced BRG1 binding to neuronal inducible enahncers.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Culture E16.5 cortical neurons were treated with or without 50 mM KCl for one hour at 6 days in vitro. Cells were then processed using a standard protocol and subjected to ChIP-seq analyses using the J1 anti-BRG1/BRM antibody.
