Overall design |
3-day-old adult male flies were taken for RNA isolation from 4 control repeats and 4 transgenic lines of D. melanogaster male organisms. Next the same procedure was performed after treatment with ionizing radiation of 1000 Gy dose for 3 control repeats and 4 transgenic lines of D. melanogaster.
