Title |
Investigate the effect of loss of HAND2, MYCN, PHOX2B and GATA3 on chromatin accessibility. |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The knockdown of HAND2 in IMR32 cells results in a decrease of chromation accessibility at the HAND2 and MYCN common binding sites.
|
|
|
Overall design |
IMR32 cells were transfected with control siRNA, HAND2 siRNA, MYCN siRNA, GATA3 siRNA and PHOX2B siRNA, and cultured in regular medium for 24 hr or 72 hr. Then the cells were harvested and ATAC seq experiment was performed.
