Overall design |
Total RNA samples were prepared from PKHD1-/- and PKHD1+/- organoids in three different culture conditions: 1. flow, 2. static, or 3. forskolin (FK) on day 35. Gene expression was analyzed using 3D-GeneĀ® Human 25k oligonucleotide microarrays. Sample preparation for array hybridization was carried out as described in the manufacturer's instructions.
