Title The Transcription Factor ThPOK Regulates ILC3 Lineage Homeostasis and Function during Intestinal Infection II
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To investigate the role of ThPOK in the regulation of ILC3 development and function, we established conventional ThPOK knockout mice and carried out single-cell RNA sequencing (BD Rhapsody) on intestinal ILC3s.

Overall design ILC3s from 6-week-old male C57BL/6 mice were isolated from the small intestine and analyzed by single-cell RNA sequencing technology (BD Rhapsody).
