Title Effect of ezetimibe treatment on gene expression of TGFβ1-activated primary human lung fibroblasts

Summary To verify whether ezetimibe inhibits myofibroblast differentiation at the transcriptome level and to reveal the mechanism of action of ezetimibe, we sequenced primary human lung fibroblasts that we isolated and cultured.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression analysis of mRNA-Seq data from primary human lung fibroblasts treated with TGFβ1 and/or ezetimibe (Negative control/ TGFβ1-treated positive control / TGFβ1&ezetimibe-treated group).
