Title Chemotherapy induces cell plasticity; controlling plasticity increases therapeutic response.
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary One of the most serious issues in modern oncology is the ineffectiveness of treatments in destroying tumours, which leads to tumour recurrence and, ultimately, patient death
To investigated this we analyze plasticity of chemotherapy-resistant cells

Overall design Gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for HeLa control cells versus Hela cells treated 24 hours with TRAIL (30 ng/ml), Camptothecin (10 µM) or Doxorrubicin (2 µM).
