Title Effect of overexpress of lncFABP4 on gene expression during adipogenic differentiation of buffalo intramuscular adipocytes
Organism Bubalus bubalis
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To investigate the function lncFABP4 in the regulation of adipogenic differentiation, we overexpressed lncFABP4 in buffalo intramuscular adipocytes

Overall design First, intramuscular adipocytes were planted in six-well plates in triplicate. When the cells reach 80% confluence, transduction was performed. Adenovirus were added to cells at the indicated MOI. Then, The culture medium was exchanged three hours later. Next, When transduction was performed for 48 hours, cells were treated with an inducing medium. Finally, Cells were collected for RNA sequencing after 48 hours of induction.
