Title Expression data from quadriceps of myofiber mineralocorticoid receptor conditional knockout (MRcko)/mdx and myeloid cell MRcko/mdx mice compared to Cre-/mdx control mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary To identify the gene expression differences in skeletal muscles resulting from conditional knockout of the mineralocorticoid receptor in myofibers and myeloid cells in dystrophin-deficient mdx mice

Overall design 9 total samples were analyzed; 3 biological replicates for each Cre -/mdx control, myofiber MRcko/mdx, and myeloid cell MRcko/mdx groups; a pairwise comparison between groups was carried out and fold-changes ≥2 were selected.
