Treatment protocol |
Cells were infected or not by the addition of 100ul of a 10% brain homogenate derived from a mouse clinically affected with RML prions. The brain homogenate was mixed with 10mL of media and incubated on the cells for one day.

Growth protocol |
Differentiated cells were grown in DMEM with 10% horse serum. Media was changed daily.
