Data processing |
The probes present on the mouse Gene 1.1 ST arrays represent 21225 Entrez IDs. Arrays were normalized with the Robust Multi-array Average (RMA) method. Only probe sets with normalized signal intensities above 20 on at least five arrays, interquartile range > 0.15 and at least 7 probes per probeset were selected for further analysis. Enriched pathways and gene ontology (GO) groups were identified by using the GeneRanker tool in the Genomatix Genome Analyzer.
