Treatment protocol |
Stripped cells were grown over 96 hours (4 successive days) in phenol-red free IMEM media supplemented with 5% Charcoal-Stripped Calf Serum. Every 24 hours the media was removed and replaced with fresh phenol-red free IMEM media supplemented with 5% Charcoal-Stripped Calf Serum (3 times total).

Cells were grown in phenol-red free IMEM media supplemented with 5% Charcoal-Stripped Calf Serum. Both Control and Treated cells were kept in a 37C incubator with 5% C02 and regulated humidity.
