Synchronized L1 fer-1(b232ts) C. elegans animals grown on E. coli OP50 for 36 hours or S. enterica SL1344 for 36, 72, 96, and 120 hours. Synchronized L1 fer-1(b232ts) C. elegans animals grown on S. enterica SL1344 for 72 hours and then shifted to E. coli HT115 plus Tetracycline plates. Synchronized L1 fer-1(b232ts) C. elegans animals grown on S. enterica SL1344 for 96 hours and then shifted to E. coli HT115 plus Tetracycline plates. All animals grown at 25dC.
