The M059K cells glioblastoma were maintained on DMEM/F12, (Gibco/Invitrogen, Ontario), Media was supplemented with 10% FBS and 5% PSF (Gibco) as antibiotic. Cultures were incubated for up to 48h prior to harvesting.
