Sample GSM1403386 Query DataSets for GSM1403386
Status Public on Jan 31, 2015
Title BreastTumor_OSL2U-0393T1
Sample type RNA

Source name Breast primary tumor
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics tissue: Breast tumor
estrogen receptor (er) status: pos
human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (her2) status: neg
histological grade: 2
pam50 subgroup: LumA
rppa subgroup: Luminal
Treatment protocol Fresh frozen in liquid nitrogen
Growth protocol Human primary tumors
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol TRIzol, following manufactors protocol
Label Cy3
Label protocol Agilent miRNA Labeling Reagent and Hybridization Kit, Protocol v.2.3.

Hybridization protocol Agilent miRNA Labeling Reagent and Hybridization Kit, Protocol v.2.3.
Scan protocol Scanning on Agilent scanner G2565A and Feature Extraction (FE) v10.7.3.1 was used to extract signals
Data processing Signals were extracted using Feature Extraction v10.7.3.1 and the subsequent data processing was performed using the GeneSpring software v11.0 (Agilent Technologies). In brief, the miRNA signal intensities were log2-transformed and normalized to the 90th percentile, and miRNAs that were detected in less than 10% of the samples were excluded. This resulted in 421 unique mature miRNAs.
