Data processing |
Quality control and signal intensity calculations were performed in Partek (v. 6.6), with additional residual image analysis done in RMAexpress. The gcRMA probe level summary algorithm was used to estimate signal intensity at the gene (rather than exon) level using Partek's default settings.
