Data processing |
We performed exon- (probeset-) and gene-level analysis using the Affymetrix Power Tools (version=1.14.3.1). The rma-sketch algorithm was used to normalize the intensities in CEL files and detection p-values were generated for each probeset using the “detection above background” (DABG) method.
