Title |
MAT1A knockout at 15 month age, tumoral tissue, biological replicate 5 |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
Mouse liver tumoral tissue, MAT1A knockout, hepatocellular carcinoma, 15 months
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
strain/background: C57B6SJL genotype/variation: MAT1A knockout age: 15 months tissue: liver, tumoral tissue disease status: hepatocellular carcinoma
Treatment protocol |
None
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
2-4 mg of liver. The tissue received was pulverized in mortar with presence of liquid nitrogen. Total RNA was then extracted using Qiagen’s RNeasy Mini kit recovering each sample in 35μl of water.
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 2μg of total RNA (Expression Analysis Technical Manual, Affymetrix).
Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 15 μg of cRNA was hybridized on Affymetrix GeneChip® Mouse Genome 430A 2.0 Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Fluidics Station 450.
Scan protocol |
GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G.
Description |
MAT1A_T5 Gene expression data from MAT1A knockout at 15 month, when the tissue has been histopathologically determined to be hepatocellular carcinoma.
Data processing |
The data were acquired with GCOS 1.4 instrument and processed using RMA normalization method.
