Data processing |
Data were processed using Affymetrix Power Tools software package (Affymetrix) for RMA normalization and DABG detection. The expression level of a gene was calculated based on the median expression of its exonic probesets called present. Annotations and cross-mappings between probesets, exons and genes were obtained from Ensembl mouse genome build 70 using the R/BioConductor package annmap.
