Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted from Ovary biopsies using TRIZOL reagent (Invitrogen, Breda, The Netherlands) as per manufacturer's instructions. After Trizol purification, RNA was repurified using the Rneasy Mini Kit (Qiagen, Venlo., The Netherlands) according to manufacturer's instructions. Total RNA was quantified by OD260/OD280 measurement and with RiboGreen RNA Quantitation Kit (Moleular Probes, Leiden, The Netherlands). RNA quality was assessed on a 6000 nanochip using Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologys, Waldbronn, Germany).
