Description
Human epithelial stem cells isolated from hair follicle were co-cultured with freshly isolated and cultured dermal papilla cells for up to 5 days in the transwell system. RNAs from the stem cells were isolated at different days of co-cultured (from day 0, 1, 2, and 5) and subjected to genechip microarray analysis.
