Alignments were to the C elegans WS236 coding sequences downloaded from wormbase using bowtie2 (version 2.1.0) Counts were obtained from alignment files using Bedtools version 2.21.0 Normalized counts were obtained using DESeq running through R version 3.1.1 Genome_build: WS236 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include normalised count numbers for each sample
