Description |
DPF+ and DPF- samples were compared in order to find differentially expressed genes that could explain the difference in fertility occuring between the two divergently selected lines. HG+ and HG- samples were compared in order to find differentially expressed genes that could explain the difference in fertility occuring between a single line.
