Data processing |
The raw gene level Signal's where normalized using the standard quantile normalization from the bioconductor limma package. Then the data was transformed using the generalized logarithm function glog(x)=(asinh(x)-log(2))/log(2). Note: the (1/log(2)) term makes this glog asymptotically equivalent to log base 2.
