Enriched myeloid precursors from mouse as well as Lonza Poietics human osteoclast precurosrs were seeded at 100,000 cells/ml in OCP-BlueKit (PT-8001, Lonza) according to manufacturer's protocol for indicated time.

Growth protocol |
Murine bone marrow cells were flushed, grown on plastic plates with 100 ng/ml CSF-1 in DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS, L glutamine and 1X Pen-Strep for 3 days at 5% CO2 water jacketed incubator at 37 degree C.

Following fragmentation, 15 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45 C on GeneChip Drosophila Genome Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 400.
