B-precursor ALL tumour responsive to IR-induced DNA damage male
|
Treatment protocol |
Cells were irradiated and maintained in culture for 8 hours, or maintained for 8 h without irradiation.
|
Growth protocol |
Mononuclear cells were isolated from bone marrow aspirate using Ficoll-Paque (Amersham Biosciences, Piscataway, NJ), and cells were cultured in RPMI 1640. Only samples with more than 90% of blast cells were used for analysis.

Description |
33_8h Aliquots of 2 x 106 cells per time point were irradiated with 5 Gy IR (cobalt Co60)
|
Data processing |
Data for all arrays was normalised in the GeneSpring GX 7.3.1 analysis package to the 50th percentile of total expression value data for each individual chip, and to the median for each gene across arrays (default parameters).
