Leukocyte were removed, flash frozen on dry ice, and RNA was harvested using Trizol reagent. NEB Next Ultra Directional RNA LibraryPrep Kit for Illumina ( NEB,Ispawich,USA) was used with 3 ug of total RNA for the construction of sequencing libraries. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Illumina Casava1.8 software used for basecalling. Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to hg19 whole genome using HISAT v2.0.5 with parameters --rna-strandness RF--dta –t –p 4. Read Count for each gene in each sample is counted by HTSeq, and FPKM (Fragments Per Kilobase Millon Mapped Reads) were then calculated to represent the expression level of genes in each sample. Genome_build: hg19 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include FPKM values for each Sample
