Total RNAs were isolated from cells using Nucleospin RNA (Macherey-Nagel) and used for cDNA synthesis using RevatraAce reverse transcriptase (Toyobo) and random primer according to the manufacture’s instructions.

Array data export processing and analysis was performed using Agilent Feature Extraction v11.0.1.1 . Array probes that have Flag A in samples were filtered out. Selected gProcessedSignal value was transformed by logarithm and normalized by quantile method.
