Growth protocol |
For isolation of BD and DD samples, KN6 cells were sorted from 8-10 week old adult KN6 Transgenic mice. For isolation of BD++, BD+-, DD++, and DD+- samples, KN6 cells were sorted from 8-10 week old adult RBPJ Inducible; KN6 Transgenic mice that were initially treated with doxycycline for 8 days, followed by 4 days of continued doxycycline treatment (++ samples) or 4 days of discontinued doxycycline treatment (+- samples).

Data processing |
RNA sequencing was performed using Illumina NovaSeq 6000. Raw data were aligned to GRCm38 using Cell Ranger 5.0. Raw read counts were obtained using Cell Ranger 5.0. Genome_build: GRCm38. Supplementary_files_format_and_content: .tsv and .mtx files.
