Treatment protocol |
For Doxycycline treatment, 1-month-old mice or nursing mothers of newborn pups were fed with 50 mg/L Doxycycline (LKT Laboratories, Inc.) in drinking water for the indicated time. For decitabine administration, 1-month-old mice were kept on 50 mg/L Dox, injected intraperitoneally with 0.5 mg/kg decitabine (Cayman Chemical) daily for 10 days.

Data was mapped to the mouse geneome using TopHat2 and the UCSC mm10 mouse genome as reference. Count data were generated using featureCounts, and differential gene expression analysis was carried out by edgeR R package.
