Sample GSM5828349 Query DataSets for GSM5828349
Status Public on Apr 19, 2022
Title Control heart tissues at P17_rep3
Sample type SRA

Source name heart
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57BL/6
tissue: heart
genotype: Znhit1 flox/flox
age: postnatal day 17
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Mouse hearts (atrial tissues were removed) were snap-frozen and stored at -80℃ until use. Total RNA was isolated using TRIzol regents.
RNA-seq transcriptome library was prepared following TruSeqTM RNA sample preparation Kit from Illumina (San Diego, CA) using 1μg of total RNA.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Data processing Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to GRCm38 whole genome using STAR (V2.7.1a) with default parameters.
Fragments per kilobase per million reads (FPKM) were calculated using cuffnorm (v2.2.1) with default parameters.
Genome_build: GRCm38
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: *_RNA_seq_FPKM_matrix.txt: Tab-delimited text files include FPKM value matrix at P17 and P25.
