mRNA was isolated after 8 hours of incubation from IMR-90 cells seeded onto a collagen/chondroitin sulfate tissue engineering scaffold mesh material. Cells were seeded at a density of 1 x 10^6 cells/ mesh, and this chip represents a pooling of cells from 4 meshes.
