Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was isolated in triplicates from mouse primary myoblasts and myotubes in growth and differentiation, respectively, using the RNeasy mini kit (Qiagen). The purity of RNA was analyzed by Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara CA). All samples showed RNI > 9.0 and were used for subsequent labeling and hybridization.
